At Kelsey Financial, we are driven by our desire to create positive change in your financial life. There are few things more personal than your finances, and you deserve a relationship with an advisor who prioritizes you and your unique financial path. Our goal is to create the most attentive, responsive and personable relationship you could receive.
We know that your finances are more than just returns, projections and charts. Your finances are your hard work, your family’s future and the security and legacy you’ve built or strive to build over decades. There is a growing service gap in our industry. Through automation and corporate expansion, the financial services industry has become less about your personal story and more about offering proprietary investments that often favor the corporation or advisors’ priorities over your own. We are different, so we are changing that experience.
After decades of helping people like you accomplish their financial goals, we know how important cultivating a personal connection is in providing a level of service that anticipates, adapts and adjusts—no matter where your path in life takes you. Whether building plans, implementing them into your daily life or growing your wealth over time, the foundation for our advice is built upon understanding who you are, where you are in life and where you want to go.
Philosophy As an actively practicing Doctor of Chiropractic for nearly 25 years, my primary goal continues to be to serve the health care needs of my patients. To inform and provide each individual and family about natural and conservative methods of health care. I have a deep respect for the human body's ability to heal itself with or without the use of surgery or medication. Special attention is focused on the biomechanics, structure and function of the spine, its effects on the musculoskeletal and neurological systems, and the role played by the proper function of these systems in the preservation and restoration of health. I take into consideration my full scope of practice to effectively diagnose and treat each person as a unique individual, and encourage co-medical management when indicated.
Science Chiropractic is based on the scientific fact that the central nervous system, your brain and spinal cord, controls the function of every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. The spine surrounds and protects the spinal cord and permits space between each vertebrae for spinal nerves to exit the cord and travel to their designated target tissue. Due to the close proximity of the vertebrae, spinal cord and spinal nerves—any abnormal change in the spine’s natural curvatures, segmental joints or discs can interfere with the nervous system’s ability to receive or transmit information to the rest of the body. A disturbance of any or all these systems, muscle, nerve or skeletal can be induced by direct trauma (Sport, Auto or Work injury), stress, and many other physical, emotional and chemical influences.
Art The development and application of a customized treatment plan requires consideration of all of the elements in a person’s life and the level of impact it places on their current state of health. Treatment is often designed to address the entire spine, extremities and soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) in order to restore normal neurological feedback and local control of muscles and joints. Each of us are unique and may require a different level of force, direction and depth of treatments performed. The primary treatment, and only one of many available at my office, is the Chiropractic Adjustment. This procedure is also referred to as Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (CMT). I have immense study and training in the safe and effective provision of this vital health service. In a simple explanation, I deliver the Chiropractic Adjustment manually (by hand) with directed and controlled pressure to restore mobility of spinal and extremity articulations (joints). This procedure allows for over-all long lasting decreased pain, enhancement of muscle tone and relaxation, and increased flexibility. Other beneficial secondary effects include increased immunological function and increased energy levels.

“True Martial Artists don’t think of only using their skills in physical confrontation. They use their training to overcome obstacles and become better people.”
LEVEL 3 Martial Arts Performance Founder & Owner Eric Perlman began his martial arts experience at age 9 in Anaheim, California. While completing a Communications degree at California State University, Fullerton he began instructing martial arts at his original martial arts studio in 1996. In May of 1997 he earned his 1st-Degree Black Belt under a group of Master Martial Artists in the direct lineage of Kempo-Karate’s primary founders. While climbing through the ranks he competed and placed and judged in over 50 martial arts tournaments, raised funds for national charities through martial art-community events, and enrolled and taught thousands of students who’ve enjoyed the life-long benefits of martial arts. For two decades he helped two national martial arts organizations grow and expand multiple locations throughout North America. Today, over 64,000 private lessons and 18,000 group lessons later, he’s doing what he loves the most - establishing and cultivating long-term student-instructor connections in his Moorpark studio helping the people in his community experience the joy of reaching their goals!
“I’ve always had the mindset that no matter what task I take on or what role I play that I was doing it to the best of my ability - I was raised to always take a sense of ownership over what I do. We’re all trading our time for something so it better be something that brings value to our life or the lives of others and that we care enough about to do at our highest level. That’s the spirit of LEVEL 3, that’s what we hope you’ll feel in your experience with us.”
